BRTR is one of the leading MSC Status (Multimedia Super Corridor) Organization involved in R&D, Software Development and ICT Training. Hereby we are looking for fresh international graduates globally to participate in training program. The candidates will be placed in our organization upon graduating from this training.  The participants will be trained up to 3 months - 6 months subject to substantial level of understanding the requirement of the needs and technology.   The Terms and Conditions   1. Training and Placement The candidates will be trained for 3 months at our office in Malaysia . Upon completion, trainees will be placed in Malaysia . 2. Allowances Trainees will be paid allowances of RM500 per month during the training period 3. Accommodation Company will provide accommodation for all trainees 4.Certificate The trainees will be issued certificate by the company which is a MSC status. 5. Professional Pass The company will provide professional pass or work permit for the trainees 6. Pick ups The company will provide airport pick-up upon arrival.   Terms on Offer   1.The students who is successfully selected will be given an offer letter by the company . In the offer letter salary of RM2500.00 & other cond will be stated clearly. 2. the student must acknowledge the offer letter by signing the documents 3. along with the acknowledgement letter, the student must submit following documents such as :-     a) Degree  & Dip cert photo copy     b) Resume     c) All pages of passport photocopy     d) 4 pcs of Passport size photograph     e) Other IT Supporting documents (if any)     f) 50% payment in form of US Dollars.   Upon receiving all the documents and payment, we will process the Professional pass/Emp Pass for the student to travel to Malaysia to be with the company. The calling visa will be send to the student in 14days to 21 days. Upon arrival to the company, the student will settle the balance payment.   We at our organization encourage  new graduates of 1 to 2 years who has IT certificates or background to participate in this programme of us. We are introducing this programme  not only in India but also other countries. We conduct interview every six months once to select students/candidates as batches(10 to 15 each batch) to participate in it.  What we do is that the candidate if selected upon interview, the company will provided the necessities and 3mths of training to them on such as :- a) local language b) life project exposure c) local  living lifestyle d) lodging e) monthly training allowance f) employment permit (24 mths) g) employment contract (24 mths) h) will provide supporting documents and guidance to go to Europe or USA (if the candidate wish to work such places) i) min starting salary of rm2500.00   Upon completion on the training, the candidates/grads will be on the payroll of the company. The company will either place them in current projects in which the company is executing not only in their premises but also in south east Asia. The enrollment fee for this programme : RM12,500.00 (US$3800.00) upon discount p/candidate. The interested candidate will be interviewed before selecting. Upon selection confirmation, the candidate should pay 50% up front and the balance 50% upon getting the calling visa. Upon arrival to KLIA airport, the candidates will be picked and send to their hostel.   The candidates will be paid salary of RM2500.00 upon completing the 3 moths training successfully. On training the candidates will only be paid allowances of RM500.00 only.
