Admission Eligibility

B.Tech First Year

1. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary examination, Kerala or examinations recognized equivalent thereto, with 60% marks in Mathematics separately, and 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together are eligible for admission.
2. A Diploma in engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations, or an examination recognized equivalent thereto, by the State Board of Technical Education after undergoing an institutional course of at least 3 years securing a minimum of 50% marks in the final Diploma Examination is eligible.
3. Candidates who have acquired  rank in the Entrance examination conducted by Commissioner for entrance examinations, Govt. of Kerala.

B.Tech Second Year (Lateral entry)

1. A pass in concerned Engg. Diploma with 60% marks in final year exam.
2. Qualified in the lateral entry test conducted by the director of technical education
